Our artisanal mild chorizo, made with 100% French pork: fragrant, generous, with just the right amount of chili (1.46%) to awaken the taste buds without overwhelming them. Perfect for aperitifs, on a charcuterie board, or in your cooked dishes.

Ingredients: pork meat (origin France), salt, spices (chili 1.46%), LACTOSE (MILK), dextrose, aromatic plants, natural flavors, preservative: potassium nitrate. Lactic ferments. Natural pork casing. 168 g of pork meat used for 100 g of finished product.
